Get Out! Summer Teen Club, 2021 ** New

Get outside and connect with other teens. The youth determine the focus for each meeting. The main objective is to spend time outdoors.
Ages: 14-18
Dates: Tuesdays for 4 weeks, July 20 – August 10, 2021, 1:30 p.m.

Clover Chat

Join current and prospective 4-H members & families face to face to say hi, learn about new 4-H activities available, ask questions about how to be involved, and more. We will meet outdoors.
Ages: Families, parents, youth, community members, and more
Dates: Mondays: July 19 & August 23, 2021, 4–5 p.m.

Step Back in Time Camp

Learn about farming heritage in western North Carolina through games, crafts, activities, and one field trip to a local historic farm. This program is a partnership between Jackson County 4-H and The Mountain Heritage Center at WCU.
Dates: Thursday, July 29 and Friday, July 30, 2021
Ages 9-11
Time: 8:30-4:30
Location: Meets on campus at WCU and at a local farm
Cost: $50 per child

NC 4-H Photography Contest

Submit photos, taken by you in 2021, in 3 categories: 4-H In Action, Nature & Beauty, My Best Friend
Ages: 8-18
Dates: County Deadline is August 10, 2021
