Jackson County 4-H Summer Camp 2025


Believe it or not, Summer camp is fast approaching! June is right around the corner and registration is open for camp!

Text reads: "2025 Summer Camp. Come camp with us at Betsy-Jeff Penn. June 29-July 4, 2025. Ages 8-14. $550-600. Register with $75 deposit. Betsy-Jeff Penn Camp (for ages 8-14) will be held from Sunday June 29– Friday July 4, 2025.

Cost: $550-$600 per child. This is with a $75 (non refundable) deposit. Checks payable to “Jackson 4-H”

Where: Betty-Jeff Penn (BJP) camp is located north of Greensboro in Reidsville, NC

How: If you’ve never gone to 4-H camp before, welcome! Reach out to Rebekah Davis with interest for all your questions to be answered! If you already know you would like to send your child to camp, you will receive a packet which must be filled out in it’s entirety. This will be returned to Jackson County Extension Office, and make it’s way to camp via Extension Staff.

Payment: All payment forms are accepted, please ensure checks are made to “Jackson 4-H” or “Jackson County 4-H”. Scholarships are available, please contact Rebekah Davis for more information.

Transportation: Western Counties (Jackson, Madison, Etc.) typically ride together. Time and location of a meet up for bus transport is TBD (group transport is free of charge)

Scholarships: Whole and partial scholarships are available. All scholarship applications are due by April 5, 2025.
