All sales and purchases are final. The quality of the trees and other products needs to be evaluated by the purchaser at the time of pick-up. In rare instances cinara aphids may be present as these are live trees. N.C. Cooperative Extension/4-H program cannot replace or refund for trees or other greenery products that perish or wilt once they are picked up.
