Our first time offering the LIFT (Lifelong Improvements through Fitness Together) program is half way over. We have been meeting twice per week for the past 5 weeks and participates are really enjoying the program. LIFT is a fitness program for aging adults to help “age in place.” Movements preformed during the class are intended to help with everyday living activities, such as picking up groceries, reaching for items on shelves, tying shoes, getting dressed as well as other independent living activities. Adults of all ages can benefit from this program.

Participants from this class have shared they are able to get items out of storage easier, they feel more centered, and their core is stronger.
