As our winter season slow fades away, the tourism slowly season returns to the mountains. Therefore, it is time to refresh your customer service and hospitality skills. On March 19, 2020, at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Swain County Center from 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. a luncheon training will occur to refine and learn new service skills that use every day with your customers and co-workers. Learn how to build and maintain a positive visitor-friendly business atmosphere and community.
This training emphasizes front-line customer service skills such as handling complaints, managing difficult people, body language, speaking and listening skills, and stress management with a secret hospitality tip that will generate greater repeat customers for your business or organization as well as make a more pleasant and positive place to work.
